The Space
The villa is spread over two floors:

Ground floor: bright open-space with living area and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), one air-conditioned double bedroom with private bathroom.

First floor: two air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with TV and en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort.
Outside, a 50 sqm covered veranda opens onto the private pool area, featuring sun loungers, a seating area, and a BBQ zone. The pool is fenced for children’s safety and includes a solar shower and an outdoor bathroom.
At the entrance, a majestic centuries-old olive tree and a small monument dedicated to Saint Joseph add a touch of serenity and authenticity.
Access & Amenities
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and all its facilities. Upon request, a crib and high chair for children aged 0–3 years are available.
We also offer additional services to make your stay unforgettable: private boat tours, wine tastings with vineyard visits, horseback riding, guided bus tours, or a private chef directly in the villa.
